We will send you a link to complete a behavioral questionnaire to assess the fit between the opportunity and your competencies. You can do it from your tablet or laptop.
Right after completion you will receive a feedback report that is useful to build your own personal brand. Nice, right? Estimated completion time is 10 – 25 minutes, depending on the competencies associated to the opportunity.

If we find a fit, we’ll send you a link to complete a digital on-demand interview. You can complete this anywhere, anytime, using your laptop, tablet or smartphone. This interview will help us to get a better understanding of your potential and the cultural fit between you and a potential employer. With minimal interruption, we use multiple evaluators in our discovery process. Estimated completion time is 20 minutes
