INGENIA is under the leadership of Paco Robles. Paco obtained a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with an emphasis in Innovation, Leadership and Global Strategy. After graduating from MIT and becoming a Sloan Fellow in 2014, Paco is now leading INGENIA Talent Solutions in Boston as Managing Partner. His vision is to help building healthy, sustainable organizations, giving maximum leverage to HR & business line managers so that they can invest more time on people´s development, engagement, satisfaction and productivity. Paco has served in senior management positions in international corporate complex environments in Madrid, Geneva, Miami and Boston.
Iraide Limia joined INGENIA in November 2014 as a Senior Consultant. Iraide has accumulated over 12 years of experience in the Talent Management arena in the US market. She has worked with HR departments to implement talent management and succession planning tools and processes and has consulted at management and executive levels in the areas of leadership development, competency assessments, team building, succession planning and organizational development. Her work experience as a talent management consultant and executive coach for top management individuals in different organizations has given her exposure to numerous industries, business types and management styles. Iraide holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad del País Vasco (Spain)
After graduating from Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Lauren Furmanski spent the past 13 years recruiting in a variety of industries including health care and travel and hospitality. Prior to joining INGENIA, Lauren was managing the Corporate Talent Acquisition function at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. where she had a team of 5 professionals working with her and focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients providing the best possible hiring manager and candidate experience.

“When you love what you do, it is not considered work.” Catt Medina has more than seven years of experience in Human Resources, and has consulted with various Fortune 100 companies, as well as; advised numerous startups. No stranger to Talent Management and on a mission to meet and connect professionals to their passion, she joined Ingenia in January 2017. As a Talent Management Consultant, Catt is responsible for developing and growing our client base by establishing long-term relationships and marketing our services to start-ups, early-stage and growing companies to engage & select the right talent through the Ingenia Experience. Catt assists client’s in the selection of well-matched candidates to fulfill their needs. During the process, she maintains ongoing contact with both our clients and professionals to ensure both receive the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Born and raised in Boston, Catt obtained a B.S., Business Administration at Salem State University. Recently, Catt joined the StartUp Institute in Boston as an instructor for students in the Sales Track Program to help them develop skills which will enable their success. In her spare time, Catt enjoys running, yoga, travel, photography, and teaching.
